The tuition payment deadline for the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year is 09.09.2025, for the Spring Semester is 27.01.2026, and for the Summer Semester is 25.06.2026.

For the 2025–2026 Academic Year, you may pay your tuition after the payment deadline until the last day of the add-drop period by paying an additional late fee of USD 15 for each business day.
If payment is not made after this period and no valid excuse is submitted, your status will be changed to unregistered, and you will lose your scholarship rights..

Students who will be on leave during a semester are required to pay half of the applicable fee, provided that they do not have any outstanding debt to the University.

International students who wish to withdraw their registration must fulfill the conditions stated in their offer letters.
First, please check via the MyTEDU Portal whether you actually have an outstanding debt.
If you have a debt, you must complete the payment. On the evening of the day you make the payment, the system will automatically remove the financial hold on your account and notify you via email.
If you have received a financial hold notification despite having no outstanding debt, please contact the Financial Affairs Department.

You must complete your payment within 2 (two) weeks following the add-drop week.
If you have a credit balance due to missing credits, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you specify via bank transfer/EFT, provided that you submit a written request within 4 weeks following the add-drop week.
If no request is made, the amount will be deducted from your tuition fee for the following semester.
Payment must be made in order to avoid the daily late payment fee.
