The Financial Affairs Department provides the following core services:
Maintaining accounting records in compliance with applicable legislation
Preparing financial statements and conducting regular financial reporting
Managing payroll processes, including salary, additional course payments, overtime, and other compensation calculations
Fulfilling Social Security Institution (SGK) obligations related to employee onboarding and termination procedures
Calculating, accruing, and submitting statutory notifications regarding social security contributions
Calculating, accruing, and invoicing student revenues and other institutional income
Managing the financial aspects of procurement processes and ensuring efficient use of available resources
Conducting budget preparation, implementation, and monitoring processes
Performing accrual, collection, and payment transactions
Carrying out other legal and financial obligations related to financial operations
